UKRO Rescue Challenge 2009
Strathclyde Fire and Rescue will host the United Kingdom Rescue Challenge from 10th - 12th of September 2009. This event will be held against the backdrop of 21st century Glasgow, the Scottish Exhibition and Conferencing Centre SECC. With over 50 UK Fire and Rescue Services participating in the various rescue disciplines, this years event will be the largest rescue challenge in the world!
HART will be running the abseil event on the Finnieston Crane on Saturday 12th September and all proceeds will be given to Erskine Hospital and The Fire Fighters Chartiy.
